Shipping Policies

We ship straight from our studio to your door using tracked services — so you can follow your order every step of the way. Keep an eye on your inbox (and sometimes your spam folder) for your confirmation + tracking link.

In-stock items:

Are printed and packed with care from our UK studio or our studio in France and ship within 3–4 days.

Shipping times:

  • UK: 3–4 days
  • EU: 3–4 days

Out of stock or custom orders:

  • Art prints or custom print orders need a little extra love — please allow 5–7 days for delivery.
  • Other out-of-stock items may require additional production or ordering time. If you’d like to check on a specific piece, just email us at hello@kikigunn.com and we’ll happily discuss options with you.

We don’t currently ship to the US (yet!) — we’re working on smoothing out tariff regulations to make delivery easier soon. 🌎

Shipping Prices

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Friendly Notes

  • We’re not responsible for postal delays or customs hold-ups, but we’ll always do our best to get everything to you on time.
  • Seasonal shipping requires extra lead time due to heavy demand on postal services at this time of year.
  • Working days = weekdays (excluding weekends + public holidays).
  • Delivery times are estimates and can vary.
  • Any import duties or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)

  • As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • If you choose to return an item under your cancellation rights:
    • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
    • Returns must be sent via recorded/tracked delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email or post) within the 14-day period.

2. Returns for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and, where possible, photographs.
  • We may request that you return the item in its original packaging to assess the issue.
  • If the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  • In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Returns for Change of Mind (Homewares Only)

  • If you change your mind about a homeware item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt under your statutory cancellation rights.
  • Goods must be unused, in a resalable condition, and in their original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and returns must be sent via recorded/tracked delivery.

4. Exclusions

  • Greeting cards are non-returnable unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are also exempt from the right to cancel unless they are faulty or damaged.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or are not in resalable condition.

5. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs paid at the time of your order are non-refundable, except where the goods were faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

6. How to Return & Contact

To return an item, please:

  1. Contact us at hello@kikigunn.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Post it to the return address provided in our confirmation using recorded/tracked delivery.
